Kovu turned to see Jasmine running in his direction. "Jasmine, what are you doing here?" he asked.

"We came to look for you two" Jasmine replied as she and Kiara approached the two males "you were taking a while, thought you had got lost" she joked "where is Vitani" she asked now in a more serious note as she noticed the lioness was nowhere in sight.

Kovu sighed. "That's what I want to know. I've been calling for her," he said.

"And we found nothing," Haij added. "It's like she's really gone, but we know she's not."

Kovu nodded. "Let's keep looking. I'm sure she'll turn up eventually," he said. He then looked at Jasmine. "Jasmine, there's something I need to discuss with you in private," he said.

Jasmine smiled to her mate "of course" she said as she walked away from the others waiting for Kovu to follow.

Kiara looked at Haij "so what have you and Kovu been discussing" she asked being her normal curious self.

Kovu followed her. After catching up, he began to search for a private spot. Finally, he found one behind some large rocks. "Over there," he told Jasmine.

Jasmine walked towards where her mate had gestured for her to go, she found a comfortable spot and lay down "what's up" she asked her mate

Kovu sighed. "Well, I was speaking with Zazu the other day and he was asking me when we were planning on producing an heir. He said it was of the utmost importance," he said.

Jasmine nuzzled her mate "well I have been trying to talk to you all day but with everything that has been going on I haven't had a chance" she stated as she licked his muzzle "I was with rafiki this morrning and he has told me that I am carrying cubs" she told her mate "so you can tell zazu that he won't need to worry much longer as we are having twins" she told her mate with a smile

Kiara got distracted by somthing in the distance and headed for the western border as she got closer she started to run, she got faster and faster gathering speed and all of a sudden she tripped over somthing and flew about six feet in the air into a tree, as she got to her paws she realized that the thing she had tripped over was Vitani.
