Mwunga looked back at the Quagga. "I just find them intriguing." She shrugged. "I often found them when I went collecting herbs in the forest."

Shomari lay his head on his paws, feeling bored and restless.

[Misiziri]

Velka replied haughtily, "I have only seen such slitheries when I was with man. My savior saw one and ran away screaming. Ugly, but not scary, the centipedes. Man is also funny."

Velka paused and looked down at one. "Some animals eat these. If we stay in cave, will we have to eat them, too?"

[Zoketi]

Mwunga gave a short laugh. "I don't think the other lion will really try to kill us. We shouldn't be in here too long." She replied, though felt a twinge of doubt. We could always go out and get some grasses and herbs to eat, probably not a good idea for me or Shomari to hunt yet.

[Misiziri]

Velka lowered his head and looked at the slithering pests. "Ugh." he scoffed.

"I am going deeper. I need water. Don't caves contain water?"

[Zoketi]

"Sometimes, I suppose." Mwunga contemplated, turning and padding over to Velka. "I'll come with you."

Shomari watched them leave. He sighed and flicked a pebble.

[Misiziri]

Velka heard him sigh.

"Your sadness is robbing my heart. Come with us to find water. Water always helps." He told him.

"I know the cave is dark and the slithers are of no help, but we can help you to happy."

[Zoketi]

Shomari gave a slight huff. He stood and followed.

"Shomari, behave yourself. " Mwunga scolded gently. She glanced at Velka, then looked at the way deeper into the cave. She gave a deep sniff. "Yep, I smell water."

[Misiziri]

Velka breathed heavily. He had't had a drink of water in days...

"I smell it, too! It smell a bit different. Probably because it's cave water," he chuckled.

He dashed over to a large puddle of cave water and began lapping it up. "Tastes strange, but still good."

[Zoketi]

Mwunga followed, sending a few pebbles flying. She sniffed the puddle, giving it a few laps. "Not bad."

Shomari didn't drink, but just watched.

[Misiziri]

Velka lifted his head and swayed. He felt refreshed, finally relieved of being parched. "Much better now."

His ears turned when he heard clawing.

Brista roared, "They're inside that cave!" He was talking with others

"No, I can't squeeze through there! Not a chance. You're skinny, you do it."

"No! You do it. I'll get stuck again!"

"The fat lion found us! What do we do?! I know! We run further. Let's go!" Velka whispered.
