Sykara looked deeply into Laini's eyes. She didn't completely trust this strange new lioness left, but she simply nodded and said with a serious and deep tone that she would be glad to stay in Laini's den. She went inside, yawned, and slowly looked for a place where she would be comfortable and safe from the cold.
Kovu shook his head at Simba's offer. "I'd love to, but Kiara and Nala and the other lionesses gave strict orders that I watch Pride Rock all morning." The prince smiled as to cheer Simba up.
