Outbreak (Open)

Hiroshima snarled and jumped to his feet, waking suddenly. He looked around confused, and when he didn't see anything around him he relaxed slightly. The dreams were back, the ones that foreshadowed the future... He growled angrily and knew he needed to go on a run. He couldn't relax, not after what he saw.

Vex crawled through the grass, ready to flee if the other lioness had indeed recently been infected. Once she pushed through the last piece of grass, she found herself face to face with the other lioness. She looked her over. No bites. No scratches, nor evil eyes. She was indeed infection free. Vex relaxed and nodded to Dac that she was alright.

"Im Vex. This is Dac, are you from around here?" She asked kindly.

Kora reluctantly stepped forward as well. She wasn't very trusting at times, trust and respect had to be earned off her.

"I'm Kora...and not really. I used to live just beyond the cayon". She relaxed a little, the two lions in front of her seemed relatively nice. "Are you from around here then? It's a nice area. Pity about this infection going around though...".

Hiroshima prowled around his territory and slunk down as he heard voices. He growled quietly and inched forward to look at these intruders.

"No, I come from the jungle. I moved into the savannah because the infection got the leopards that lived there and it became too dangerous" She said with a sigh.

She looked up at Kora and smiled gently. Then she smelt another lion approaching.

"Get down!" She called, ducking in the tall grass as she caught Hiroshima's scent.

Hiroshima growled ominously as he stalked out of the grass glaring at the intruders.

Kora listened and smiled back, jungles were often valued because there were plenty of resources. But leopards tended to be vicious at times, infected or not infected. The young lioness also caught a new scent on the wind as she hastily dived into higher grass, only to find the lion walking out of it, coming towards her, growling. She backed up. "Are you infected stranger?". If they were, they usually didn't reply.

Hiroshima just glared at her. "why did u come here?" he asked them. He looked them over carefully. they didn't look infected, but one never knew...

Vex remained calm and looked at Hiroshima. He didn't look infected, but he seemed to think they might be. She stood up next to Kora.

"We are here because we were driven from out homelands by this infection" she replied calmly.

"really? i didn't know that" Hiroshima replied sarcastically. "I mean why are you here. Why did you come to Usalama?
