Nala leaned in and nuzzled Simba. Sarafina climbed up the rock to see them.

"Sarabi, thank goodness Simba's safe!" she said. "How's Mufasa? Will he be alright?"

Sarabi smiled at her friend. " Yes, the great kings and great spirit brought them back to me safly." She said. "Mufasa is injured, but Rafiki assured me he'll live." sarabi explained. She was certain Simba would have nightmares about this horrible day for a while. "Sarafina, I don't want to our children to go anywhere alone, so from now on you me, and at least two other lionesses will be with them at all times." She said. Sarabi knew her duties as Queen required her to be with the hunting parties, but her duties as a mother came first. Rafiki emerged from the den. " Da King will be fine, he just needs to rest for a while." He said to the queen. " He is very lucky to be alive dat fall should of killed, but thankfully it didn't." He said.

Sarafina nodded. She looked at Nala and Simba who were nuzzling lightly. She wrapped her arm around her daughter.

"Nala, come", Sarafina said. "Simba needs to be with his family now. You can see him tomorrow."

"Do we have to go?" Nala asked.

"Yes, we do."

Nala sighed as she turned back to Simba.

"Bye, Simba. I hope you'll be alright. I hope your dad gets better."

Simba smiled. "Goodbye, Nala. See you later," he said as he turned away.

"What ever happened to Scar?" Sarafina asked Sarabi. "What will we do until Mufasa gets better?"

Simba looked at Sarafina. "Dad banished him," he said.

Nala looked at Simba worried and then back at her mother.

"Mom, can't I stay with Simba?" she asked. "I don't want to leave him. What if he gets hurt again later?"

Sarafina looked at Nala.

"Is it alright with you?" she asked Sarabi.

Sarabi smiled. "Of course you can stay Nala." She said, feeling it would give Simba something else to think of besides his father. "Zira won't be happy. We should keep this between us until Mufasa can adress the Pride." Sarabi said. the queen knew that even among her hunting parties there were some who thought scar would be a king, she could feel the pride would soon split, and a civil war would errupt. Rafiki smiled at Nala. "Doon't worry, Simba will be fine, but I have to get home." The mandril said as he departed.


Meanwhile, Shenzi, Banzai and Ed found Scar. " Hey genius, your plan failed." Banzai said as Ed laughed. " Let me handle this." Shenzi said. "Scar, we're done, we tried to kill em twice, they survived twice. " Shezi said. "yeah, so find some one else to do your dirty work, cause we're leaing." Banzi said. " I'm taking my clan to another land Scar, we're leaving now, your welcome to join us til we get to a land with better hunting, but we're done with Mufasa and his pride." Shezi told Scar.
