[Closed] Malka's Tale

"I don't know where she is... she was fighting a hyena and told me to run away and don't look back... I listened and ran here.. to find she wasn't behind me.." After being picked up by Mufasa, Malka smiled at the thought of being feed.

Simba frowned as his father suddenly picked him up. Just as he was so close to finally catching that butterfly. However he calmed down as his father said the word hungry. He suddenly realised that he was hungry as well.

Malka looked at Simba and smiled. "Thank you for all your help.. I'll make sure mother and I repay you. She should be here soon.." It was almost sad just how in denile Malka was about his mother. Deep down he knew she was dead, but couldn't admit it to himself.

Simba smiled at him, "Don't mention it. I was glad to help." He however was sure that the mother would find her son soon, because the cub said that she would probably arrive in a few days. "Do you like to play?" he felt like he had to know everything about the cub.

"Play? I'd love too!" The cub shouted. "But after I get something to eat and rest.." He smiled. He really liked Simba and could see them becoming great friends.

They finnaly wore back at priderock. Mufasa gave the cub's food. "If you need shomething, you can ask, Sarabi im off to my duty's, Simba don't get Malka or you're self in trouble." Mufasa left to get back on his duty's.

Having arrived at Pride Rock and finally having been fed, Malka took the time to look at the sights. "Whoa, you actually live here?" He asked Simba with a yawn. He was very tired, and was fighting to stay awake.

Once his father left Simba chuckled, "Yeah we'll see." he said as he took another bite from the meat. He then looked at Malka andn oticed that he was hesitating and didn't know that he was tired. "You can eat as much as you want." he said, giving him a reassuring smile. From what he had seen from Malka so far, he could already see the two of them becoming good friends.

Malka smiled and continued to eat untill he couldn't anymore. After he was totally drained and just wanted to sleep. He went inside the den and found a nice place to lay down. He then looked at Simba. "We'll play later, I promise." Malka said with a smile and yawn as he curled himself up with his own tail.

Simba nodded, not wanting to seem rude by urging the cub into playing now, as tempting as that was. After a few moments he lay down himself and decided to wait untill his new friend was no longer tired. He couldn't help but feel bad about the fact that the cub couldn't see either of his parents, and could only hope that he would never have to go through the same experience.
