A Journey Of A Thousand Miles...(still some roles left)

Begins with the first scream of pain.

Mheetu and Kopa, met up after both had to run away from the PrideLands, they formed a pride of they're own. A pride with three males and four females and two cubs. Everything was going well, the land around them was flourishing and the lions were happy. All until those anthro's came along, darted them with they're weird guns and took them far away, far away to a science lab made for experimenting on animals. They meet a cub, Kipekee, whose been through it all. This convinces them to stay strong during that hard time. Mheetu and Kopa come up with an escape plan, which will also break out Kipekee, but will it really work? Will they escape what almost seems the future of there lives?

Eliza stretched out and yawned as she left her cave, Mheetu was still asleep for it was early morning. The sun was rising and the sun lite up the Savannah around her. Jaana was sitting on a little mound nearby, looking around. Eliza approached her, "Good Morning". The lioness turned to look at her, "Morning, I was just admiring the new surroundings, I'm glad Mheetu and Kopa chose this place". Eliza also gazed out over the Savannah, it certainly was pretty, "Same".

Kipekee had been awake since she came back from the lab, the Master (what all the subjects call him) was very rough this time. Needles, ropes, electric collars, even a few whips. But the young (she's about 1 and 3 months) lioness was used to this, she was born here. What she's been through...is unimaginable to wild lions.

Kenya was still deep in sleep, dreaming about the one female on his mind. Jaana. She was so pretty, so beautiful, so perfect. If only he was brave enough to say those things.

Doctor Max Stone sighed as he ruffled through some paperwork. He then had a thought. Recently, he needed more subjects and being in Africa was perfect, for you guess it, lions. He made a few calls and then had it sorted, he'd be going hunting soon, probably tomorrow. The lion anthro looked through his file of experiments, the electric glove, the cage bath, the simple check over and injections, the pain withstanders. He knew what his was doing in this job. He then rung one of his latest employee's, Jaden. There was no answer so he left a message. "Good Morning, it's just Max Stone, be in work soon, going hunting tomorrow for some lions, just wondering if you would come".

Jaden was entering the science facility where he worked. The young fox showed his ID card to security and was one his was to his work station. He was very eager to continue his latest project: genetics work that would eventually allow hybrids made up from different species to be created.

Kipekee was looking around, she then looked at the information sheet stuck to her cage:

Next due lab appointment: 24/7/ (today)
She gave a low growl, hoping she wasn't with Stone today. The only nice being in this place, or partly nice was a fox anthro called Jaden, but she had to address him as Sir. There was a chance both scientists will be working on her today, it was a possibility.

Max got up, he had heard off security that Jaden had arrived, he went downstairs from the top floor where his private lab was and found the anthro fox where he usually worked. "Jaden, did you get the message I left on your phone? Oh and me and you are working on Kipekee together in my private lab". He didn't ask, he wanted Jaden too. The lion anthro thought he was being far too nice to the subjects, he needed to see if Jaden was really up to the job.

Jaden nodded. "I'm sorry, sir. I was too busy thinking of my current project. It won't happen again," he said.

Max nodded, "It's ok Jaden, you are one of my smartest employee's. I was thinking of working on Kipekee now, get it over and done with, for she will soon have more lions joining her".

Jaden nodded. "All right, let's do it. I can work on my other project later on," he said.

Dr. Stone smiled internally, he secretly enjoyed causing the subjects pain. He made his way down to the basement where all the the animals were kept and came to Kipekee's cage. He opened it and put his hands in to pick her up, knowing she wouldn't dare to bite it. He did so and carried her back up to his lab. He put her down on the table and tied her to it using a rope he picked up nearby. "Jaden, do a check up first, and did you have any injections you wanted to use? If not, I have the cage bath and electric glove to do today", he said loudly, knowing the young lioness could understand (can she speak aswell?).

Kipekee was about to bite his hand, but then thought it was for her own good she didn't. She let him carry her and also let him tie her to the table. Normal procedure so far. Then she heard the words "Electric" and "Cage Bath", she gulped nervously, shaking slightly as well.
