Nova rolled her eyes at Kijicho. She saw her as queen, but had little respect for her.

"If you say so" She said, turning away from her.

Kijicho snarled at Nova and stalked away. Getting in a fight with her wasn't worth it. "Come with me little one." she commanded of Apiyo. "Why?" she asked, already digging into the dead antelope. "Don't question me. COME! You to Xani, your not gonna slack off on your duties this early." She growled at the male.

Nova smirked, obviously pleased she had managed to upset Kijicho. She wandered over to one of the few tree's around and settled down. She was exhausted, but not hungry yet. Looking up, she saw Apiyo, Kijicho and Xani wandering off.

With a sigh, Xani just followed. He had to admit, he was a tad bit curious what the queen had up her scruff this time.

Nyemba looked around at the rest of the pride and thought "I should be quie, so I don't wake anyone." he sat down and waited for everyone else to wake up.

"All right Xani, this cub is your responsibility. You are to teach her how to survive, hunt and fight. It's about time that you earn your place in this pride instead of lazing around." she growled glaring at him. "I will check on her progress and if she isn't improving to my standards you are to except the responsibilty for it. Any trouble she gets in is yours." with that she looked at the two, "Your responsibilities start now."
