Jafar was laughing as he ran. However, he knew that his son would tire out eventually. It was just a matter of time.

Zuwa smiled. "She's back, mom. She's back."
Himili grinned back. "Indeed."

[Songo]

Elsa: Elsa chased after Digof and lagged behind a bit her nose in the air sniffing hard, she couldn't smell. Her sea green eyes gazed at the ground as she noticed all the paw prints left over in the soft grass, she sniffed the ground. Amazing. She could scent her father perfect, she began to follow the scent. "Digof...follow me!" she said looking to her brother quickly.


Marrone: He reclined to his hinds and looked down at the young lion, it reminded him of Nyembe. How proud he was to have his own son taking the throne way back when, he cringed at the thought of Tuono losing his father. "Your dad was strong and a very good fighter.....I remember he was smart. Your grandfather was very proud to announce Leon as his heir...that much I do remember." he said his grey eyes looking to the lion. He rested his paw on his shoulder, "I'm sure your father is proud of you..." he added. "You know...I lost my son not to long ago..he was about your age."


Skye: Skye looked up at her Elder, "Now that we are here...is Riven going to sleep outside our den to protect us all? Like he use to back home?" she asked more questions curiously.


Tempesta: She lifted her head and gave a quick nod to Dyanna as they both bolted into the grasslands, giving a roar she scattered the herd towards Fiore' and Alma. Tempesta picked up speed and tackled onto a gazelle of her own and using her body weight dragged the kicking beast to the ground. It only took her a few seconds to silence her victim. Her turquoise eyes raised as she watched Dyanna go make her kill.


Dyanna: Mimicking Tempesta's moves she launched her smaller body onto the gazelle and ended up knocking the beast off balance. She tumbled into the hard earth with the gazelle ontop of her, she lost her breath for a moment. In that split second when she tried to regain composure the limping animal got up to run. But Dyanna was quick on it's hooves and dragged it back into the earth, her claws sliced into the tough skin. Her mouth felt the taste of fresh blood as the gazelle stopped kicking in her paws.


Queen Fiore': Fiore' quickly chased down a gazelle and went for its hooves,her fangs sunk into the leg of the gazelle injuring the wild beast. She knew Alma could finish the job and she chased after her own kill. After killing her gazelle she dragged the body to Tempesta and Dyanna. "Good job Tempesta...you're quick like your mother." she said softly before heading back to the Pride.


Dyanna: Confused at Fiore's comment about their mother, Dyanna grabbed her kill and followed behind the strange lioness. She dropped the kill in the main area next to Fiore's and stepped back so the King could inspect their kills. "Zuwa...!" she yelled to her friend.

Tempesta: She smiled and headed back to the Pride, dropping her own large prey down so everyone could see their kills. "Jafar...we did good." she said softly.

Delano: Delano followed his two children, noting how Digof seemed to simply follow Elsa around as she did the actual tracking. This made him smile a little in amusement as he thought of how much Elsa will brag about her abilities to Tempesta. For that matter, Elsa moved so quickly, it was as though she already knew where to go. Even though Delano knew that they didn't cheat, Elsa's speed unnerved him into doubt. But that was eliminated when they got to the creek, and Elsa immediately stopped, confused.


Digof: Digof could sort of track the scent, but Elsa was so much faster than him that he simply followed her in order not to fall behind or get lost. For a long time, he assumed that Elsa will simply continue leading until they got to the end, but it prove not to be the case. The two of them got to a creek, and Elsa just stopped, looking bewildered. Digof, who didn't scent anything for a while now, knew that she lost it too.

He walked up to the water, thinking. He knew that their father loved tricks, as he liked to talk about how many times he found them necessary. So Digof knew that the creek was a trick to get them lost. Now how would Delano do this... Digof grinned and looked at his sister. "Now it's your turn to follow me!" He boasted and took off running down the bank of the creek. He couldn't smell it, but Delano went in this direction.

Alma stayed in the hunting area she was determined to get a kill of her own. "Alright Alma I know you can still do this." She said before getting low to the ground and stalking towards a tall gazelle. She ran at it and dug her claws into it's back before getting her teeth in it's neck. She brought it to the ground quickly and then dragged it to the main area very proud of herself.

[Songo]

Elsa: She followed close behind her brother and when they reached the river she stopped. A frown crossed her muzzle and she looked all around seeing the prints left behind of her father's she leaned over the river's edge peaking into the water. "Where is it Digof?" she muttered frustrated.


Queen Fiore': Fiore' left her kill there and made her way to Aya and Skye, she leaned her muzzle down and gave Skye a lick. Her green eyes looked to Aya, "Did you have a talk with Riven?" she asked her before looking around for Tuono. "Where is Tuono?" she asked softly turning around to watch the Pride gather. "I'm not sure how the Pride eats....so we will be patient.." she whispered to Skye.


Skye: "So we don't get to eat?" she asked looking up at her mother. She curled into her mother's side and looked up when she spoke about Tuono, "He was around here somewhere..." she added.


Tempesta: Tempesta quickly dragged Fiore's kill and Dyanna's kill to the Forbidden Pride, "That should be enough...enjoy.." she said making her way back to Alma. She had her kill and Alma's kill left, a frown crossed her muzzle. She would have to go back out and get another gazelle, turning to Alma Tempesta spoke quickly. "If Delano looks for me I went to grab another gazelle, I won't be long. Everyone else can eat up.." she said and started to walk into the bushes.

Marrone: Marrone stepped to Alma as Tempesta was muttering about needing another kill, he thought for a moment. "Alma, I'm going to accompany Tempesta..I'll be back." he said giving his mate a nuzzle. He licked her cheek with a smile, "We have a few things to talk about when I return.." he added and slowly bounded after Tempesta.


Queen Fiore': She nodded to Tempesta and looked at Riven, Aya and Skye, "Go ahead and eat while I get Tuono.." she ordered before heading back towards the dens where she had last seen her son.


Dyanna: After finishing her hunt she bounded back through the bushes towards Zuwa and Himili. She also noticed Tuono was still there, "I'm back.." she said out of breath. Her blue eyes flickered as she gazed about her home, "Its just like I remember it....its so beautiful." she said softly reclining to her hinds by the lions.

Delano: Delano grinned when his trick got Elsa. This gave Digof an opportunity to lead, and to prove himself useful. "If you give up, we can always turn around and look elsewhere. Maybe even try again," He suggested, trying to hide his grin from his children.


Digof: Digof looked up at his father, and while he didn't see him grin, Digof knew what Delano was up to. "No way, dad! I know where to find the meat!" He said, and continued to make his way down the creek. Delano wanted them to turn around so that they would go in the wrong direction. After a while, he caught the slightest of scents in the air. He found the trail. "Elsa, here!" He said excitedly.

"I still can't believe it," he said quietly. "Dyanna, I just... I missed you. A lot. What was it like?"

Alma sat where she was and started to think, "I wonder what Marrone has to talk about? It must be important. Maybe it's about the pride that joined us? Or maybe about something else?" She lied down letting her head drop onto her large paws.
