What would YOU like in a new RP forum?

As some of you know already, I'm preparing a roleplay forum for launch. One of my main goals is to make it as friendly and accommodating to the members as I can possibly make it. With that being said, I want to know right now what you guys would like to see in such a forum. Anything that's on your mind; from policy to the structure to the staff, anything. Please tell me what you want in such a forum so I can make it even more friendly and accommodating.
That 2in diameter fart can probably adds at least 50bhp.
