Also known as the false vampire bat. These are the biggest bats out there, and possibly the scariest. You think they drink blood? Heck no. They actually EAT meat. They are the lions, wolves, and bears of the sky. They eat other bats, and anything a big bird like an owl would. Only thing they are eaten by is others of their kind, and Buzzards xD

Who would keep one of these bad boys as a pet?

However one would be cool to show off... I'd be scared it would escape and I'd wake up with it trying to eat my ear off though.

You know that they are very loving. Don't judge something by it's diet. The males only sleep beside their mate, and always have their wings around their families. It just depends on how they are raised. You get one as a baby, and teach it to be nice, im sure it won't hurt anyone xD Like a wolf.

sounds wicked. I guess you'd want one if you had a problem with bats living around them. that way they'd eat the other bats.

Yeah, they are a bit ugly though. Like Lions are sorta cute. They were bombarded with wood chips from the ugly tree.

well, I suppose everything can't be pretty and cute. I personally like turtles, lizards, and snakes cause they're cool....not really many that are cute exactly lol.

Wikipedia says Silverwing's Goth and Throbb were this kinda bat.
