Lunch today. 1/4 cup of Corn, 1/4 cup of Spinach, a pickle small burger spiced with mustard and Turmeric a small piece of onion, small bun and Red Bull for drink, no desert! I'm not eating more than 1,100 calories a day, body wont tolerate more than that.
Dinner, which consisted of a sirloin steak, sweetcorn, one baked potato with nothing on it (not even butter, gotta limit my dairy intake for my diet, plus I'm sort of lactose intolerant ) and peppercorn sauce on top. Soooo good!!
