I think my back may be more than just sore after moving that ridiculously heavy trash can at work on Thursday. It doesn't seem to be any better now than it was then, and the aching is interfering with regualr life as well as my ability to perform my job. I think this is maybe the kind of thing people would usually go to the doctor and get medical leave for. Shame I really don't have that option.
Well, I hope it's better by Wednesday when I have to go back.
