My mom thinks people in public are staring at me more now. She reckons they figure it's more okay to be open about their disapproval of people like me. As much as I detest Trump's policies and rhetoric, more and more I'm thinking it's a good thing he won. This outcome is only adding to Bernie Sander's influence. Now that Hillary lost, Bernie is taking his rightful place as the most influential person on the political left in this country.

Pretty much my thoughts after I thought more about it. Just because I disagree with him a lot it's not the end of the world, and hopefully he refrains from warmongering policies so the world can sleep soundly as well.
