Well that all depends, if the person is an Totalitarian Authoritarian Dictator, prolly not, If they have some form of Democracy, then yes.

Is being hyper aggressive outwardly for a defensive measure a good thing?? To use as protection for for ones own space/self bodily, even though this person is genuinely really loving and kindhearted inwardly, but afraid to show it, for fear of being used or hurt, cause this person see's it as a flaw/achilles heal/weakness to be exploited by others.

No, one way or another that outward aggression hurts people which itself is a problem but there's also problem created by the perception of it. As one grows more hyper-aggressive it tends to encourage similarly aggressive posture in response putting everyone on a hair trigger. This leads to a situation where it becomes hard to have honest disagreements that don't end in hostility, inhibiting communication between parties which is one of the worst things you can do for human interaction and understanding.

If I can use text, yes, I ramble about just about everything, and in fact often have to edit my posts to make them shorter because I realize I went too into something. Even so, I still explain things much more thoroughly than I need to, and I end up losing and confusing people, lol. But everyone on MLK already knows that. Vocally, I leave most things unsaid. It's usually irrelevant or more trouble than it's worth.
