There's literally one house available that could possibly work and it's just down the road from here, so we're gonna look into that and see if it's really a viable option, but we have to wait until later in the week when my dad returns from work so he can do that stuff. He's the only one with any legal power here since the house belonged to his dad and he "inherited" this pile of debt.
Honestly it sounds like that might be the better option at this point. But I'm not an expert in this sort of thing.
