It has been and continues to be one of "those" days for me again today.

Jo Cox, Labour MP and active campaigner for human rights has been declared dead after being murdered by shooting and stabbing on a quiet British street. I'm in shock. Rest in peace, by the sounds of it, you were a devoted member of parliament and cared a lot about your people.

I was absolutely horrified to hear about Jo Cox. I don't get involved with politics, nor politicians, but I feel so sad for her family, especially her two children From what the media have been saying, she sounded like a lovely person. RIP.
