Um, well, I need to apologize to simbaholic. I made a bunch of posts towards you today that I shouldn't have and I don't feel good about singling you out so... Sorry...

Meh, SH can be a bit blunt but he wasn't taking a jab at neither you nor anyone here with those comments. :P He's really nice if you properly speak to him.

I sent sh an apology note for my behavior.

Am I the only one who's getting a bit tired of hearing about the same subject daily? Sure, there was a drama, but, IMO, this is exactly where Elsa's motto should be used: "Let it go". I'm not trying to pick a fight, but it's quite frustrating that tons of posts now are about it, in comparison to posts done before it happened. New members come here and see us accusing others, regardless of whether we are correct or not, and it doesn't give out the best impression about who we are - in my opinion. I mean, new members wouldn't know who to side with, I assume. :? I really don't want to seem like I'm siding with anyone or trying to annoy people, because I ain't, I'm just giving my opinion, so, please, don't think otherwise. :/

I agree it has dragged out a bit. I suppose it's because the drama was the most exciting thing to happen for a while and, like we've discussed, drama kinda brings people together in a weird way. It's addicting.

I think the thing that's encouraging people to still talk about it is if this new member is indeed Braveheart in disguise - how aggravating is that, knowing he thinks he can fool us all and not have to man up and apologise? He was horrible to a lot of people. Regardless of whether it's only on a forum or not, he should apologise to those he offended. I'm all for giving people a second chance but only if they act like they deserve it, and if it's been earned with a suitable apology. Not hiding behind a fake account with a lazy new identity. (I mean, really, if you're gonna do that, wait at least a week before you return. And try a bit harder with your new self :P)

That being said, it'd be a bit sad if this poor Swift guy actually IS a new person and not Braveheart. Poor sod

I'd much rather see drama like this happen than people posting the same old messages here everyday day in day out, I find that far more tiring than a 2-day long drama. :P

Not to mention I've interracted with more members than I have in these last 2 days than the last few years I've been here.

^ In all fairness yeah, maybe the board posts have been a bit out of line. But really, I don't think anyone here would legitimately start accusing a new member of being somebody else unless there was a LOT of evidence... and you'd be surprised how much of it there has been. I don't really think anyone here would want to chase someone innocent off the forum. :ehh2:

I completely understand what you mean. I also believe 2nd chances should be given to people, but I don't really like when people don't admit what they've done and act like "So, let's move on, there's nothing to see here!". That's just not right. :?

It's just that, if I were a new member and saw all this 'chaos', I wouldn't know who to believe in and, with so many posts about the drama thing, I wouldn't really know how to start a conversation or just 'fit in'. It's like there's no other subject to discuss on the board... :? Like I said, I'm not defending anyone, I just wonder what people may think of us when they see all this. I don't believe the impression we'd give away would be accurate as to who we actually are. :/

Since I really wasn't here when everything happened, I'm a bit..."out of this", so can't really build a very strong opinion on the events, therefore my "UHHH WUT WHY" behaviour. I just don't think it's fair for me to speak of something I didn't see happening like a 'know-it-all', if you know what I mean. :kionoops:

Okay, this is basically what I meant and think. I just didn't know how to express myself that well. Thanks.

Everyone will stop posting about the drama over the next 24 hours, fun while it lasted though.
