Apparently you souldn't wear a binder for more than 10 hours a day? Well, I can wear mine for 12h straight. No wonder why my chest hurts. However, if I don't use it I feel incomplete.
I can't say much anyway, I've been called "girl", by people whom I never met before, even with the binder on. Is it all the pain and stress I'm going thro not enough? I can't afford a top surgery rn(nor those expensive binders) and I feel like I will never be able to. :forgetit:

I have poor posture. I need to find a way to do something about that.

Okay. I have my schedule on the fridge so everyone knows what's going on every day/week. Well, I have as much as I know right now posted. I'll fill it in for the other six weeks as I find out what I'm doing.

Alright, it's settled. I'm going to buy myself a chair tomorrow, and then I'll be able to sit more comfortably, hopefully, and that should help my back and possibly my knee pain as well. I'll just need to convince someone to drive me out to Walmart, but that shouldn't be hard. I need to do everything I can to make my body less crappy.

It's been raining a lot lately. Not that I'm complaining.
