I'm so heartbroken for the people of Orlando, especially the friends and family of the victims. Love is love, no one should have to live in fear just for being who they are. People who kill are sick and disgusting and I just don't understand how someone can perform such a cruel act...

I'm glad all of my friends are safe, but I'm heartbroken. Orlando is like my second home.

For christs sake i live in texas of all states and i have never seen a gun outside of hunters and police officers.

I saw a gun on a random dude at an Indian restaurant last week. He was walking around so it was kind of jutting into people's sight lines. Everyone was visibly uncomfortable. Guns don't make most people feel safer. And no civilian needs an assault rifle.

I'm sorry for the double post, but we've actually had 7... since last Monday. There have been over 125 so far this year. True, some of them had no fatalities, and they certainly didn't have as many victims, but it makes no difference. We have a gun problem. It's ridiculous.
