^ Yep. But we transpeople are rapists and perverts with an unprovable condition so it's okay to violate everyone to make sure we aren't in stalls next to the ones little kids are in. :)

This viewpoint is very common, so they must be right! :)

Lol nevermind the fact that gender dysphoria is a legitimate condition and it's scientifically proven that transgenderism is very real and can be realised at very early ages.

Unisex public toilets are the way forward.

Although that would mean men having to queue. :D

Does it not occur to anyone that things like this are really just a distraction to keep us from thinking about the real issues?

I mean, the real issues: we have basically an entire generation that is too poor to get an education, buy a home, and raise a family. We are depleting our planet's resources and only barely trying to find alternatives. We live in a world where establishing democracies in the middle east is our priority, when our own elections are so rigged the entire system is practically a joke.

Oh. But let's ignore that. Let's talk about why we're comfortable or not comfortable observing the opposite gender walk into or out of a bathroom stall.

I agree with you to a point. This really shouldn't be an issue but apparently some people just didn't get the memo of acting decent towards people different from them.

Am I the only one who couldn't give a fudge who uses the bathroom with me anyway? I honestly don't get why women seem so afraid of the thought of using the same public bathroom as men. And yeah, I get why men are scary and all, it's honestly sad that us women feel so scared walking alone at night, but I still don't feel afraid of the possibility of sharing a public restroom with a man. And I've even been through the worst a man can do next to murder. I mean if you're worried, there's nothing stopping you from taking a friend or two along for protection anyway.

That's exactly what it is. That's why I abhor politics, because little of it actually is relevant stuff, instead it's just this kind of fearmongering and people trying to control others while painting people (who already have enough problems as it is) as monsters.
