I would usually say that sounds like indigestion but it's been going on for a week so I'm definitely suggesting you go and see a doctor.

Worrying over stupid stuff I wasted three hours that could have been good and now time's up, and this damn hair dye my aunt gave me barely tinted my hair and wreaks so strongly of chemical crap even after we've washed it that I feel sick and my head hurts from it...
