Why didn't I think of this before? Listen to musicals in German! It helps if they're musicals you're familiar with, all the easier to figure out the meaning of things without having to look up a translation. The German cast recording of RENT actually taught me quite a bit.

Cannot do so as I'm kinda not anywhere near you. Even if I was, I am not medically trained and am very squicked out by internal organs. This doesn't work on so many levels.
