Off-topic yes - multiple times (if not every time. I lost track.) - because I enjoy not having a specific thing to write.
On-topic only once (that I remember) - I'm not the greatest with writing TLK stories, especially with some of the prompts (not saying they're bad. They just don't spark inspiration in me).
