God, if there's one thing I want for Zootopia, it's for it to COMPLETELY blow up the way Frozen did. No offence to Frozen - it's not my cup of tea personally, and I don't exactly think it deserves all the praise it gets, though I understand that it is popular for a reason. But Zootopia was so much better. More creativity in the world-building, better writing, more enjoyable characters and, most importantly, a very relevant message. I want to see this movie get just as popular as Frozen, if not even more. I want to see merch still being sold in stores in three years time. I want to hear people quoting it whenever someone mentions Disney. I know there's a high chance it'll never happen, but if any film deserves it, it's Zootopia.

On a lighter note, I'd really like it if the Disney Store got it's TLG merch in this week! I want to take a trip into town on Friday but for the price of the ticket it wouldn't be worth it to only go for one or two stores. Pleeease :D

You might just get your wish. Zootopia hasn't been out very long but it has almost hit the 700 million mark.

^ That's definitely promising... But because Frozen got so popular thanks to the amount of appeal it had for kids in particular, mainly to do with the songs, the princess themes, the quirky side-character and the romance; I'm doubting whether it'll happen for Zootopia. There wasn't a whole lot of kids things in it, or at least not the typical types. I was reading a few reviews online and many parents were talking about how certain elements and scenes scared their kids. Not that I'm opposed to kids movies being scary, I support it quite a lot, actually - but I think this film has been the most adult Disney movie yet and I don't think many kids are enjoying it the way they did for Frozen. The reason Frozen got so successful in terms of a merchandise market is because kids went nuts for it, way more than they normally did for Disney movies, for whatever reason. I'm not sure if the appeal with Zootopia is really there, unfortunately. I wish it was but you can never predict what kids will like.

Although it does help to have a princess/prince.
