Ugh, I got so held up. Maybe I will slack off tonight. I do have to walk and wash my dog, after all... maybe I'll just bathe her in the morning, though. Need to make some of my green tea in the morning too. I don't have enough caffeine for this right now.

I work as a customer service rep and when I have to call customer service I get super anxious. This can't be normal, can it?

^ Well you should be able to handle them better than other people having that experience, but don't worry I think it's normal. I have a hard time calling field support and I have to talk to people all day at work especially ungrateful customers.

I get anxious if I have to call anyone. What do people have against using the written word as a means of communication? It's a much more pleasant experience, and doesn't involve being forced to repeat oneself.

Wait. This probably doesn't help you. I'm just about the farthest thing from normal, though I don't consider that to be a bad thing.

^I think it's probably a combination of my social anxiety and the fact that my job makes me never wanna talk on the phone ever again. Lol! But then I also fear whatever the person is going to say on the other end. Like what if it's some huge bad news. I mean, I had to tell a guy today his credit is ruined because he forgot to return the internet modem he was renting. Lol!
