Gloria is a great character, I can't help but laugh of her accent...it's cute, though. Plus, she's stunning. :P

I guess I should eat something and see if my mom's ready to get any work done on the dining room. :simbahuh:

"I tuck in math before bed and read her a bedtime story." That's probably the weirdest, but also funniest, thing I've ever read.

There's only three things I really need in order to be happy pretty much all the time. Most people seem to have no trouble getting two of them at least, and then taking them for granted. What wouldn’t I give to be able to take such things for granted?

I'm tired of stumbling in the dark and constantly tripping over my own feet about this, but I can't seem to find the damn light switch.

I hate obsessing over things. Once I do, I spend 90% of my day thinking about those things. :chuckle:

Flip_FTW wrote:Meditation helped me with a similar kind of problem. When I was at college I would always spend my time lost in thoughts and daydreams of what I was going to do after I finished.
And yeah the practice of recognising thoughts as thoughts really helped me, it also can help with anxiety and stuff too. When I say meditation, I don't mean the deep spiritual stuff like walking across heated coal in bare feet. I just mean putting some quiet instrumental music on and just laying down for 15 minutes every day, as random thoughts come in. The idea is to try and recognise "That's a thought about family, that's a thought about how tight money is right now." or whatever the case may be. It's like training your brain to recognise thoughts as just thoughts that may or may not be true and so don't need to be at the forefront of your brain constantly.
But then again I'm a strange person so strange things like that tend to work for me, it might be a really bad idea for others.

I can try that at some point actually, just not sure to what extent it would help for me. Thanks for the advice though. :thoughtful2:

Mneeeh maybe I shouldn't go tomorrow. I feel too awkward and clueless doing things without having someone I know with me and doing things with strangers isn't really fun for me, just feel like I'm making an idiot of myself. Eeeeeeh moping. :/
