Yes. Exactly. Most people don't understand that.

They seem to think that because I'm poor and complain about it that I want to be wealthy without having to work for it, when the reality is I couldn't care less about becoming rich. It would be weird for me. All I want is the hard work my family does to provide us with enough money to get by somewhat comfortably... instead of stressing us out and wearing us to the bone only to discover that whoops, once again our credit isn't good enough for this, or that, and no, we can't treat our ailing pet, etc.

Recently I stopped wearing my glasses because I can see better without them. Who knows when I'll be able to afford another pair that actually help my eyes.

But people act like that would be easy with a little hard work... and I admit I'm not doing a lot in the way of providing for anyone at the moment (I am waiting to hear back about the best job possibility for me in the area before resigning myself to anything lesser, though, not just being lazy (and really I think after the hell I went through during the last year or so of college I deserve a longer break than this even, but funds don't come out of thin air)), but can't nobody tell me that making it through uni wasn't hard work. Can't anyone tell me my dad, and my brother, and my mom and even my sister are not working hard.

We do just about everything we can, and still we're the poorest people I know.

But hard work is all it takes to become rich. What a load of rubbish.

Alright... I'm at issue 115... I have through 138 on my phone... I can do this today. I can do this. It's time to set the computer aside, get the exercise cycle out, and power through this! Then... get my paws on the latest two volumes... Yes. Then I'll be damn near caught up. I'm kinda scared, but this is exciting.

^ I think a lot of people who think like that simply just don't know what it means to live in a truly poor household. If all it took to be rich was 'hard work', why would anyone be poor by choice? I guarantee you there's an awful lot of people who'd do anything to get out of poverty, but what they do will simply never be enough to make a decent living because of the current system. It's screwed up.

Man that song and video together are really powerful.
It's disgusting to think there are people who think and believe that what the nazis did is right, especially with the apparent rise of far right-wing idiots in Europe recently.

It's kind of weird that my mom taking the exercise cycle makes me feel like there's nothing to do lol.

It's even more disgusting knowing that there's people who actively deny the Holocaust even happened. Just... how?

Pretty much.

Evidence against the Holocaust: What a few people accused of it said, what a bunch of people who weren't even alive at the time said.

Evidence for the Holocaust: Many videos and pictures by the Nazis themselves, photos taken by Allied and Soviet recon aircraft, photos and film taken by the Allies and Soviets in Post-War Europe, what several Whermacht people have said, what many SS people have said, what many German, Polish, Austrian, French, Etc people have said, what Allied and Soviet soldiers have said, what a large amount of Jews have said, what Germans opposed to the Nazis have said.

What do they think Auschwitz was built as a funhouse or something?

But x sketchy website with a neo-nazi agenda said otherwise, so all the evidence must be wrong!! /s.

I feel especially bad for how outraged Holocaust survivors must feel about those people. Absolutely atrocious, sometimes I wonder how they'd react to seeing a concentration camp from up close instead of hiding away in their parents' basements coming up with more outrageous theories about why the Jews (or Blacks, Muslims, or whatever minority) are to blame for everything gone wrong in their lives.
