I don't think I've seen TLK since I joined the board. Honestly I still remember watching it like it was yesterday, it's so memorable that I just haven't felt the want to watch it since.
I do have the Blu Ray trilogy and the 3D version on blu ray which I've yet to watch. Maybe I'll watch it soon actually.

Join the club bro. I haven't seen TLK in at least two years. I have no excuse either, I'm just lazy.

(Strange to think that I work at that cinema now :O )

I try not to watch it too often anymore - I last watched it from start to end about a year ago, as one of my Uni flatmates had never seen it before, so a bunch of us watched it together (need to do the same with my friend Phoebe for the Toy Story movies xD ) When I went through a rough patch of life a few years ago I would keep the DVD in my laptop and watch 5-10 minutes of the movie a night just as a way to relax and calm myself a bit. For a while though after that it sort of lost the magic just cause I'd been watching it far too much - I like to leave a long time between viewings now.

I watched part of SP a few weeks ago and enjoyed it more than I have in the past just because I hadn't seen it for so long - I try to do the same for my other favourite movies.

Gosh.... I don't think I could ever go without watching the movie as long as y'all have.

The most magical was my first viewing but it's a genuine classic that never loses that magical feeling.

It feels weird that TLK isn't even my favorite film anymore. Times change

It wasn't even my favourite when I joined. I just liked it and for some reason Googled "Lion King forums"... I honestly don't know why. At first I didn't join and I was like "LOL WHAT LOSERS! OMG"
Then I saw some of the actually decent fan art and actually readable fan fics and it kind of just went on from there really.
IDK but I'm glad I decided to join though.

I like the fact you refer to it as "the movie"
Like it's so great that you don't even need to call it by its name, it's just "THE movie!"

I called it 'the movie' because everyone already knew which one I was talking about.
