I can accept a £20 a month rent increase, because I know I won't get a better deal, but if these letting agents think I'm going to accept my renewal fee going up from £50 to £95, they are in for an argument. I'm not paying £95 just to sign a lease for a property I've lived in for 6 years.

Woo. That was tough. Looks like I'll be doing some extra studying for my history test so I don't ultimately fail that. But for now, I need to take a break and get something to eat. I'm hungry!
