Great now I'm gonna cry myself to sleep. I thought this wasn't going to happen to me anymore. I hope I feel better in the morning, I don't want to confront her but like this I'm going to have to. Ugh. I miss feeling fab and happy. I don't understand what's been going on this week.

Somehow a bird has managed to get trapped in the hallway outside my flat. It sounds big and angry and flapping around a lot. I'm actually scared to go out, or even open my door in case it ends up in here!
