Wasn't actually planning on getting it but the struggle is real waiting for KH3 to come out.
And it's frikin' Kingdom Hearts 2 and BBS. Can't not buy it D:.
Oh, Videogames.... Please stop being things that cost a lot of money.

my thirst for kH2.5 HD was so bad that I spent 100 dollars plus shipping on the collectors edition.

Dude when the 2nd game came out...
I bought a USA PS2, a UK power adaptor, imported the game, bought a new TV, JUST to play it a couple of months before the UK release.
I then sat and played it start to finish in one 40 hour sitting.
That's what we're dealing with here. the day KH3 comes out... Oh, you know it's going down.

I have Sora's necklace too and wear it literally everywhere. The hype tho?!

The day KH3 comes out is the day I buy an xbox one or a PS4

I was playing dream drop distance until my collectors edition arrived an hour or two ago. I'm waiting until all my finals are over so that I can sink my teeth into it properly.

Some things in life are great and others are really not. Meh. Time to work on my book cover and/or research that whole freelance proof-reading/writing/editing thing.

Kingdom Hearts II is perfection.

Completing it was one of those "what am I going to do with my evenings now" moments because I had literally played it for about an hour or two every night for a good two months.

I honestly doubt I'll play another game that will compare to the experience I had playing it. It was that good.

Still my favourite video game of all time.

You've got me all inspired with your whole publishing campaign to start work on my own stuff - yay for us! Hopefully we'll both be successful :) (I did some research today about literary agents and stuff like that so at least I know more than zero now :P )

@Shadowfax and Tsuki

KH2 is great but from what i've heard the final mix version, which is included in KH2.5 HD remix, is a bajillion times better.

Kingdom Hearts II certainly was amaze. I went through it multiple times. And the first one. And Re: Chain of Memories (never was able to get the original on the gameboy). Dream Drop Distance I got shortly after it came out, but I somehow haven't gotten around to beating it yet (hint hint, Pokemon and Assassin's Creed have distracted me for years...) but I intend to over this month off school starting next Wednesday. The other games I haven't been able to acquire, and so, have not played them... If I ever get a chance to, I will get them and play them. But yeah, out of the ones I've beaten, 2 was best by far.

Since I'm broke, I'll be publishing through amazon and only for Kindle, as I'd have to pay money to print actual print books, but maybe later I will investigate publishing in print. For now, I'm slowly editing the finished novel and making it professional, which is adding a lot of pages and a lot more words... I can apparently write exponentially better now than I could in 2010, which makes me glad I put off publishing, which was partially for this reason. In the meantime, I'm researching freelance jobs as writers/proof-readers/editors for websites and private customers as a job opportunity that can be done online from home; it looks quite promising, and would allow me to continue working on books and not have to set off my anxiety and is the field I'm studying to go into. Hopefully I'll be able to scrape up work that way and get published soon. I'm also tossing around ideas for future novels, some related, others not.

And hopefully, you will also get your stuff published successfully, as will hopefully the others here who have mentioned such pursuits. (I'm thinking Flip and someone else... but I could be wrong.)

That sounds good :D If it makes it to the kindle/is available in the UK I'd definitely buy it :)

And I know what you mean about being a better writer than you were in the past - I definitely see it when I look at my older fanfics. And thanks :D I have a few ideas right now but one seems to be sticking out the most. I know getting published is hard (only 1% of submitted manuscripts actually makes it from what I've read) but I think if I work really, really hard I could actually pull it off. I've been being told my whole life that I am good at writing, from my family and my friends and my teachers and people online as well. Writing is always something I have wanted to do. I'm definitely going to give this my all :)

Good luck to the both of us! *clinks champagne glasses*

p.s. I guess writing fanfiction was a good choice, seeing as my writing skill has been refined over these last few years
