Well I'm currently playing Nintendogs + Cats (silly game but oh so cute xD) on the 3DS and every time the puppy approaches and licks the screen, I feel like I can actually touch him. That's how realistic it sometimes gets. But I have never watched a film in 3D so I don't know what the difference is really. Except for the 3DS screen obviously being way smaller than a TV screen lol. I love the depth it creates though. It's awesome.
