The time cured it for me. You have to acknowledge that hypochondriasis causes "fake symptoms", as ridiculous as it sounds. Every time I got panic attacks I was thinking something like "this is just a panic attack, it won't kill me" etc
After the time went by I didn't have those thoughts anymore. Now I feel like an immune towards hypochondriasis
