Damn , sorry to hear but You should do anything to take your mind off this. You know , things like that happens , all you can do is make sure the next time will be the last time you pass thoses tests. We all know you are capable of it

I guess you were on your way to see your friend eh ? I'm not sure how i'd cope with this but perhaps you should take every chance you have to visit her ? You were very brave once , doing it again would only ease her a bit i think.

Anyway i do hope you'll stay strong and courageous as you've been , good luck going through this difficult moment

Okay, finish off this dose of caffeine, and then into bed with me. I'm a bit shaky and such. :/

Thanks hun.. I think the visit upset me the other day and I think lack of sleep gave me the jelly legs. It's difficult for Me to visit everyday as its in a different city so I have to rely on a lift. May see if I can see her again soon :)

Awww, what happened? :( I'm sorry. I hope things get better for you. <3

Thank you Twin <3 (and also to Haraka, Julie and everyone else for the nice words)

I'm not sure how driving tests work in the US, but here in the UK your mistakes are divided into 3 categories: minor, serious and dangerous. You are allowed a maximum of 16 minors to pass your test but any serious or dangerous mistakes is an automatic fail.

My first attempt (Monday) I was really nervous and so I made a lot of mistakes - 14 minors total which would have been a pass. But, we were nearly back at the test centre and I pulled out into a junction - I thought there was a large enough time gap for me to turn right across a lane of oncoming traffic but apparently not :( the examiner (who apparently is the worst one I could have gotten because apparently he's a total *bleep* who fails people all the time for stupid things) had to slam on the emergency dual controls to avoid a collision.

My second attempt I was very lucky to get because someone cancelled their appointment and I was able to book it - It went so well :( I only had 5 minors and 3 of them were for undue hesitation (which imo shouldn't be a minor because you're basically being penalised for being too careful) but when we were almost back to the test centre I apparently drove far too close to the parked cars (the examiner (who was a lot nicer) actually flinched but I thought he was sneezing  ) and I didn't stop at a pedestrian crossing :/ The pedestrians I could see were on the other side of the road/traffic island but I unfortunately didn't see them because they were wearing earthy colours so they blended int the brick wall behind them very well indeed :( I was hoping for just a minor since they were on the other side of the road still and hadn't reached the traffic island but unfortunately not :(
