Wow, this is so interesting because I'm exactly like that as well and I had no idea it was a form of insomnia. Even if I sleep for like 7 hours I feel dead in the morning, I really do need at least 8 hours. People think I'm exaggerating but it's true, I literally feel ill if I don't get enough sleep. Hmmm...
