Yesterday I didn't get enough sleep and I ended up getting jolted out of bed at 5 am to cover for someone who was sick. So after dinner I decided to take a nap. 6 hours later I wake up to find it's 11:20 PM. So now my sleep schedule is all screwed up. And for some dumb reason I'm working seconds this week. So I'm off to get as much sleep as I can get.
