Oh, forgot about Mulan. She's is such a bamf. My fave Disney Princess movie except for Tangled.

La'Vie: I know! Or a story where the guy picks the not so drop-dead-gorgeous girl for once! I mean, even Scar had to want Nala because she was so "pretty" or whatever. =/ And in all the movies, the princesses are perfect and the guys ALWAYS marry the perfect girls. *sighs* Same. I like them, just don't make them IC mary sues. xP

They do make them overly perfect...I love how in Anime (Studio Ghibli) they do seem to be 'average' looking. Pretty, but not a super star beauty queen!

Gahh like in Howl's Moving Castle? I thought Sophie was adorable, she was nice and simple, not supermodel type.
Also I think even though Rapunzel is lovely she has little quirks that make her more human. If you study her character she always has her feet pointed inwards in a pigeon-toed manner. She seems to have a slight overbite as well that makes her smile look goofy sometimes. It's just little things that make her so endearing.
