Uh... I don't really remember. My original FFn pen name was 'I-Could-Be-Your-Evil-Twin', which was a lame rip-off of ThatPersonYouMightKnow (I was 13 and uninspired and it was like midnight when I came up with that, okay? xD), but after a while I decided I didn't like it so I changed it to GeminiGemelo, which means 'twin' in Latin and Spanish. I guess I wanted to keep the 'twin' part so that people would find me, even though I only had like two crappy stories up back then and I highly doubt it would have been a problem for the whole two or three readers I had at that time to find me.
