Ahh, I've been in your position before xD When my friends and I were 16/17 we had to sweettalk an older sibling or two into buying for us - or try our luck and not be IDed at an Off Liscence - worked once or twice. Either that or find someone over 18 who looked kind of like you. That worked for me for a little bit.
