You should totally have one this year. I insist you get a Christmas tree.

If we can afford one and get some space cleared (yeah we don't even have room for a little one) then we shall. Unfortunately, we are extremely poor, and getting work is extremely hard, so only two of six are employed. Christmas trees take a back seat to food and such. =/

^I totally get that. We're not rich either and sometimes we're struggling. We have a fake three though that we re-use every year. Ever considered that?

I actually prefer the fake tree. It just doesn't have that smell.

Ours was a fake tree. Unfortunately, we had it in storage and couldn't pay the storage building on time and they sold everything we had in there for $48, some of the stuff was priceless and there was loads of furniture and toys and lots of stuff in there.. including all of our Christmas stuff, the tree, the decorations, everything. Now we just don't have anywhere to store one because there's no room in our house, thus the tree being in the storage building in the first place.

Still not believing that all this stuff that is happening is actually happening. So much has happened lately, good and bad. It has prevented me from interesting as much, but I'm still here!

In other news: Nope, not telling. Its a secret that only a few close friends know about, and I'm not about to announce it to the world.

You could probably get a fake tree and then get some pine scented things to put around/on it.

Awh, that sucks. *big big hugs* I really do hope the situation improves and you get your Christmas tree someday. I don't know about your area, but my church has this outreach program for families who may not be able to afford presents/food. I don't know if you have anything similar to that, but it's a great program and it helps people have an awesome Christmas.
