Average winter temps are around 40-60F for the low and high, respectively. It's cold enough so that if you're riding your bike in the morning, you're going to want to amputate your hands if you don't have gloves.

Meanwhile, it's a constant 60F for me all day, today. We've had so much rain this year, it's like Chuck Norris is on diuretics.

Hahaha, Burr-ass cold... Thats a keeper. I guess it all depends on the kind of weather... Its a very dry cold up here, and thats a lot different from the humid cold in Texas!
