Maybe I should walk around more often. It makes me feel good on the days when I can see my flags. They're not up often, but seeing them all in the library today really lifted my mood for a bit. Until all the walking brought it down again. 
Oh well, it did give me some inspiration, hopefully that's a long-term benefit.
