If you're like me, it's probably all the stress. I've lost 10-15 pounds (5-7 kg) in the past two years or so, and I wasn't actually trying to. Unlike most people, I actually lose my appetite and eat less when I'm under pressure, so that's what tends to happen. This time last year, I was hardly able to eat anything at all, just from the stress of school.
Luckily, I'm a lot better now, and I've actually gained a bit of weight since then. But, generally speaking, I've always found it kinda pointless to worry about such things. If you're not hungry, then don't eat. If you are hungry, then eat. Listen to your stomach and just try not to worry about it. Your body should set itself straight after a while.
