Why can't they make good looking computer cases with the motherboard on the right side? That would make things so much easier!

^ Isn't the motherboard almost always on the right side? Or do you mean the right side, relative to the back of the case?

I mean facing out of the right side, from looking at it head on. Mainly just the window on the right side!

Not this again. 
I don't see why it matters that much, unless you want to put your case on the other side of your desk. But, generally speaking, it's hard to find good looking cases to begin with.
