They've made some very poor decisions about the Xbox One. An Amazon poll says 95% of people polled will be buying PS4 instead, and, more amusingly, since the system will only be functional in 21 countries at launch and requires an internet connection at least once a day, the military is very opposed to it and are outraged, so many of them won't be buying it either. Basically they're losing customers for making their stuff suck.
