I got two hours broken sleep last night, my baby got 7 (she usually sleeps 10 and then 2 during the day) My plan was tO sleep when she slept today... she's been in her cot 40 mins and showing no signs of falling asleep. Words cannot describe how tired I am right now.

Getting up and staying up at 5:35 every morning from now on doesn't sound like fun.

When people say 'kids ruin your life' -_- Speaking as an actual MOTHER.... No, they do not. It just makes you sound incredibly stupid and selfish as you'd never be prepared to put someone else before yourself! If you don't wanna have kids, fine. But don't say such horrible things when you've never actually experience the AMAZING feeling of being a parent

Ehhhh...

There are both major benefits and drawbacks to having kids. Anyone who thinks one way over the other, refusing to acknowledge the other side, is clearly deluding themselves and has their head well within the vicinity of their own rectum.

I still have a fever, I have to be at work at 7 in the morning, and it's going to be cold when I go in, and I don't have any long sleeved work shirts because the store in town apparently only sells those in 3XL (when my size is M).

You missed my point a bit there Reg. I said I hate it when non parents stays things like 'kids ruin your life' For one, it's a horrible thing to say and two.. how the heck would they know, not being a parent themselves?

If someone doesn't want to have kids. That's fine, not got a problem with that and I know why it isn't for some people. I just don't want to see someone who is meant to be a friend say things like this as it does, it makes you sound stupid and selfish.
