This is the very first graphic background I've ever made (recently last night). I could've done a bit better, but I'm still proud of my work.

Here's my desktop on my netbook while connected to my external monitor. I have 15 or so backgrounds that cycle and this is what just happened to be the one when I took the screenshot.
That 2in diameter fart can probably adds at least 50bhp.
