Mushu from Mulan.....felt like unnecessary comic relief character in an otherwise great movie.

Alameda slim from Home on the Rage. I found it as a horrible excuse for a villain. All he actually did was Yodel, which apparently was this strange 'spell' on cows. Not the most successful movie, in fact, one of Disney's worst rated movies. (Or at least of what I know.)
