Sorry to hear that bro if it's any help to you, though, I lost a lot of weight when I was 14 (put all of that back on again now and then some, but that's a separate story ) , and I did notice that rather than the weight coming off evenly all across my body, it tended to come off certain areas at different times, and my chest did get smaller after me only noticing it in my stomach for a while. Don't lose faith - keep going
